Bulletin","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、離席・徘徊等の不適応行動を示す発達障害が疑われる児童の支援のために、ICF-CYによる児童理解を中心に据えて、①対象児の行動問題の機能的意味を分析し、②学校では比較的支援実施がしやすい学習指導によって低下している自尊感情を高め、問題行動を低減できるかどうか検討を行った。その結果、離席・徘徊の心理的背景は、“誘発する先行事象として本児の苦手な授業があり、担任による指導の言葉、同級生との喧嘩等をきっかけとして起こり”、“児にとっては本児にとっては嫌悪刺激からの逃避と担任等の注目を得ることができるという機能をもつ”ことがわかった。ICF関連図より本児の学習に対する自信を付けさせるために、本児の興味、認知特性、情緒に配慮した学習課題を自身のペースに応じた指導とすることで、学ぶ楽しさ・達成感を味わえるように学習指導を実施した。その結果、学習時間やプリント枚数が漸増し、積極的態度が認められるようになり、介入中は自尊感情が上昇した。同時に、徘徊行動時間は全体的に減少した(介入前最長150分→前半最長80分→後半最長40分;校庭などへの飛び出しは消失)。このことから、発達障害の疑われる児童の支援において、ICFに基づくアセスメントは、行動問題の背景を機能的な意味と環境との相互作用から分析を可能にすることが示された。さらに、本人の思いを尊重した活動へのアプローチ(主として学習支援)が自己評価や主体性を回復させ、適応的な行動に推移させていくことが成果として挙げられた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.18925/00000687","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"作新学院大学・作新学院大学女子短期大学部","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12530583","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2185-7415","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"松本,
